Prizm 4 Vs. Bounty Hunter 505

Just wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Prizm 4 is going to be a significant upgrade from the borrowed bounty hunter 505 I've been using performance wise. Should I get better deapth and or stability and such. Any responses appreciated.
