I got this in North West Georgia, does anyone have a thought about where this came from, if it is American Indian and how old it may be?

The girl that I got it from didn't know the history, only that it had been in her house for a very long time. I wish that this piece could talk.

To me it looks like something that came from Africa, maybe Indonesia? The wood looks like it was from the tropics like maybe teak wood? . It was used to process food IMO and this ancient type of blender has been used for probably thousands of years in places all over the world made from stone or wood. This little girl couldn't say much about this one she uses either, other then it works pretty good.
