Ya must have found that in the ground next to the old mint building. Couldn't have gotten too far away from the mint to look like that.

Does that mean it's uncirculated?

Nice Standing Liberty Quarter I would say at least VF-20 (Very Fine-20) worth about $15.00 Great Find!!
