We found this in the first 3 minutes of being at the site. We found an 1830's Union Artillery officers button in December.

Do not really know much history. The site is in Maryland. I used to go there as a kid, about 25 years ago. Started to take my kids there last year. This is the 3rd time. The button dated to 1830-1836. Lots of pottery, nails, ect. It is a stone walled structure with an adjacent structure about 50 yards away on a stream. It is deep in the woods. I now live about 3hrs away, so do not get very time there.
