Ok, I know your all thinking here we go again about Minelab, well let me tell you this one, First off Minelab is aware of the customer service/repairs problems, and they are doing their best to fix them as fast as possible. So here is my praise. I recently purchased a new xcal 2 from Mike at 4-H ( one of Tnets dealers) My xcal arrived, however, it was going bezerk on me, so I called Mike at 4-H and I called Minelab as well.. turns out my coil/cord is defective, so what did Mike do, he got on the phone with ML and so did I.. after a few calls between them both, ML called me to tell me they are sending me via email a ups paid return label, I will ship my new xcal back directly to them, once they receive it, they in turn will ship out another new xcal 2 to me.. I honestly feel that Mike ( 4-H) and Minelab went way out their way to make me happy on my new purchase. so folks, keep in mind, ML is trying real real hard to get everything up to par and back on course.. I for one, am a happy camper.
