Hi all! Thought I would add a little humor with a catchy title. LOL Towards the end of August I found this childs bucket caught up in some debris on the river. To me it was the answer to a good trash container and would fit well in my trunk. I was getting agrivated with plastic bags (even when doubled) that would tear and fall apart. Anyway, the pic shows the bucket full and that phrase hit me as my new post heading. The pics show practice fields in my local area and the regular items we know we can find there. I always try to bring my camera so pics can be shown as I found it. I did hunt one older spot which yielded the whty's, nickel and Portugaul coil. The heart pendant was separated and within a foot of each other. I looked for the chain, but it wasnt there. The best of the lot is the Post Toasties Watch Fob. I had to go on line to find info about it. At the bottom it says "Postum Cereal Co. Limited" and just above that "A Compound of Indian Corn, Sugar and Salt". The original name of the cereal was "Heaven's Manna" but some religious groups of the time dissapproved and the name was changed to what it is now. There is a pictograph in the center and from what I can tell, showed a woman to the left in front of a fire place with a large pot over the fire. Out in front to her right, is a box of Post Toasties with a pitcher of milk. Directly in front of her is a dog laying on the floor looking at the fire. To the right of the milk is somthing else but I cant tell what it is. This is all circa 1908. Hope you all enjoyed as much as I did finding it. Thanks for looking. HH.

Nice finds, well done!!

nice hunt....especially like the "yin/yang pendant" very interesting

Quite a variety in your haul at that field! Looks quiet too, nice meditative place to hunt & dig. But I think you missed the leprechan's pot o'gold that must be tucked behind one of the perimeter trees -- time to get back there pronto! (Hint - it'll be same size as your blue plastic one, but solid gold) HH Andi
