✅ SOLVED Possible Ordinance WWII

Found after a beach replenishment. Sand was pumped from offshore and contained many 50 caliber bullets and shell casings. All were heavily incrusted. Shell casing manufactured by Twin Cities Ordinance Plant, Minneapolis, MN in 1943.
Weight 3.8 oz.
