Yeah it is. Took some time to set all those stones in it. Maybe take it to a jeweler to find out what metal it's made of.

Cool find, very awesome looking for Shure,
But I found alot of them out there.... Amazon, Alibaba etc , definitely looks like a condor. I see it called falcon and eagle...
