Hi! I got this dime in pocket change today, and noticed that the rim is really lopsided. Could this be a mis-strike of some sort. I'm not really up on error coins, so I could use some opinions. The rim on the right side of the coin is deeply indented, and looks doubled up, but the rim on the other side looks normal, as does the reverse. The indentation begins under Roosevelt, and runs all the way up past the date and mint mark, and behind his head.

I did the best I could with the pics. Thanks in advance for any feedback!!

I had one just like that in a box I picked up last week. While I found it interesting, I didn't think much more about it. One thing that I noticed about both nickels and dimes minted in the 1990's is the lack of quality. I'm going through a box of nickels now and I can see a '90's coin before I see the date. Many are very shallow and faint. I noticed many dimes looked "cheap".

Yep, slightly off center strike, not worth much.
