Possible 1715 fleet nail or spike?

Could this be from the 1715 treasure fleet? Found metal detecting yesterday in vero beach. I have no idea what it is but looks like a deck nail, made of bronze or copper. Anyone seen this stuff before or could help me out??

Possibly I guess, but I’m no expert. Me and the boys are planning a trip to the treasure coast this winter. It’s been on my list of places to detect for a long time

If you do, make sure you go always at low tide and stay north of wabasso beach. That area is always good after a storm and our erosion down here is getting better. By this spring though they will fill in all the beaches with new sand:(

Fair chance it is.
