Found at 6" deep with the White's XLT in the Hawthorne District. It may have some English letters on the side with the dragon, but I am too scared to clean it more.

hey dirt place a sheet of paper over it and rub the side of a lead pencil over the coin and see
what impression it leaves.

Under bright sunlight and dampening the coin I and make out "NAN", but that is all. The pencil trick didn't seem to help.
