Not porcelain. Bisque doll leg. Early 20th C up to @1930. It could be older but its very hard to say.

This one is 1912:

I know it's nothing valuable

A single leg might not be worth much but in quantity these doll parts can bring in some easy battery money. I usually don't sell the things I find but I don't really care to display random doll parts in my display case. A few years ago I had saved up 3 legs and 2 arms. They brought 21.50 on ebay. I have a new pile started...I'm up to 4 arms and a leg.

That's good to know I thought it just as garbage was just had peaked my curiosity
