Pocket spill with "Gold"

Went to a few different spots today. None were paying off at all until the last one. Stopped off at an old school on the way home. Found about $3 in clad and then It started out with a speidle bracelet engraved "I love you" on the back and elda on the front. The next reading right next to it was a 14K gold cross ring(pretty thick). Then, less than 1/2" away, a gold diamond solitaire ring with a diamond slightly less than 1/2" long x 7/16" wide. They must have had it all in their pocket along with a couple quarters. The bad part is I took it to the jewelers and he said it was cubic zirconium, but the ring is real gold. Thanks for reading this. Not long now until I buy a camera. HH

Re: Pocket spill with "Gold"

Sounds like a great day, awesome "spill".
Our happiness is always someone elses sadness,
I am not sure if others think about this, but I sometimes doo.
Oh well, if you didn't find it, someone else would have,
glad you did HH, congrats!

If you ever find a real 7/16" X 7/16" diamond,
don't post it here, instead, call a lawyer
sell it and retire to hawaii. ;D

Smiles!
