Is this a PMD or error. The line through IN GOD WE TRUST is odd

I believe it is a dryer coin! When placed in a dryer and the dryer turned on, the coin is slammed around inside which beats down the edge around the coin until the rims fold over the Motto and Legends. I assume the Reverse looks the same or a similar way, right?
