Please help with ID

I found 3 of these in a box of old jewelry and trinkets. I wanted to run them past you guys to make sure they were not just junk.
The item is 2 and 1/2 inches long by 1 and 3/4 wide. It weighed .8 oz on my scale. It seems to be made of 2 metals. I am guessing the arms part is brass and I am unsure of the other part. The piece on the back, that looks like a belt loop, looks like maybe nickel plated brass as does the ring on the bottom.
Any info as to a keeper or a tosser will be appreciated.

Thanks Traderoftreasuers. Would you know if the Eastern Star is the only female part ? Or do you think I am heading in the wrong direction (female side) on the sword holders ?
