PLEASE HELP Stone Egg found

I found this in the ground in the back of my shed. We just moved out into the country farmlands of North Carolina. It is very smooth feeling and the blue lines are off centered slightly, so it seems very unique. stands at 2 inches. Can anyone tell me what it is?
