Sorry, in my opinion it is not a meteorite.

looks like weathered limestone with chert nodules.
put a little vinegar on it and see if it fizzes

Based on the images, I agree with leadnugget.

A lot of similar looking limestone in central Texas.

will try vinigar when i get home might only have apple cider vinegar will that work?
