No ID on the button but it looks like you had a killer hunt! Congrats! No colonial coppers for me yet in Ohio.

Thanks Noah! Keep swinging and you will find some old coppers eventually. It's all about the research. Get books and maps of colonial times and you will start finding that old stuff. Here is a pic. Of the hunt before last.

Sweet! I'm in NE Ohio, I know of a couple sites from early 1800s and a few that barely break the 1700s mark... I'm hoping I might be able to pop out a Spanish Silver or KG copper sometime soon!
