that looks like a bunch of fused glass fragments.

I was sold it was some kind of crazy crystal with the silver being some kind of lead or Tin ore but now that you say glass I can see all the bubbles

Made me think of cyanide crystals at first look.

dark blue resembles lapis lazuli and aqua colored stones resemble aqua tourmaline. But I have no idea if that's what you found.
