✅ SOLVED Plane with Stars Button

I love military buttons. But every once in awhile there is a button included that I can’t find any info on. This is the second one of these I have found so can’t be that unusual, but just can’t find what exactly it’s use was. The closest thing I found was a person asking about this same button 4 years ago on Collectors Weekly. They never got an answer.
It measures about 7/8” has the prop plane and 6 stars. Appears to be a two piece button with a shank molded into the back.
Will appreciate any info. Thanks

But not military. It was a popular style in the 1920's & 30's

The ones over water are typically Lindbergh commemorative styles.
