Click on the link below to see the sideshow, it has 51 pix in it. To speed it up, in the bottom left hand side, you will see (slow med & fast) Click on the word fast.

I had to go to work so I missed a lot, but it was fun!!!

If you want to save a pix that you see, just left click on the pix, that will bring up a title of the pix along the bottom, then click on the bottom right where it says (view main page). That will take you to the pix. Then if you want the full size pix go to (All sizes) right above the pix. That will give you a full size photo, then just Right click on the pix and choose (save picture as) and that will save it to your computer.

pit was 7 1/2 ft x 4 ft and 18 inches deep,80 lbs of charcoal on top and 80 on the bottom,had it buried for 9-10 hrs,never checked the temp.as long as the ground smoked i knew it was cooking,also threw 4 whole chickens in there(super moist)
