Pilot badge

Ok, I've searched for a while trying to find this online. I just can't find anything. It's a pin or a badge. On the front it says "PILOT" in a rectangle. That's the only writing I see on it, any info is helpful at all, anything. Thank you guys

Maybe it has something to do with "Pilot Freight Services". They are headquartered in Lima, Pa. With the wires on the back it reminds me of a seal.
