Any ideas on the age of this spur? Found in an area with a lot of history including Civil War activity and further back. Any ideas on the possible age?

It looks like it could be part of a Calvaryman spur, but the experts will be along shortly to really nail the ID

It looks like this could be CW period. Congrat's. Hit the area hard where this was found to see if there might be another part of this spur. Nice Save.

Didn’t mean to post two pictures but I did go back and found the back part of the spur , and some other items.
