Picker Knowledge?!?!

Very cool thank you for the mark ID, appears to me to have nailed it. Any great sites you have found to ID marks, i found a decent one but lists only costume jewelry stuff.

I have googled around for the last hour and checked ebay, don't see any examples of this guy making earrings, seems like just brooches. But these appear to be his style for sure.

Here are a similar pair of Frank Salcido earrings. Auction estimate was $100-$150. Starting bid was $50. They did not sell though-
