For Today's Finds.....

How about those of you with digital cameras taking snapshots of actually digging stuff?

You get a good signal, cut a plug, and snap a picture as you move the dirt away from the coin or whatever! Sound like a good idea?

I think some actual recovery shots would be cool. Am I alone in this

I seen some pictures posted on the forum of item still in the dirt or hole but I already have so many things to carry and juggle it's not practical for me. Usually have about three kids fighting me for the hole I'm digging. Jim Cal

I think it's a great idea. Of course, I'm sure some have done it in the past,....well hell, I've seen pics on this forum by other users that show exactly what Dale has suggested. One is right here in the topic

Anyhow, just and idea for everyone that says the camera is one too many things to carry. I purchased a strap at Walmart for under $20 that was market as a binocular harness. It holds the binoculars up against your chest on elastic straps so you can pull them off your chest and use them. When done they return to your chest out of the way.
