Dug this item the other day and put it in my "trash bag" but got it home and noticed..... in better light.... it was a face of some sort! After a good cleaning it appears to be a head of a Roman Soldier! It's smashed together but looks like a loud or a top of something! If flattened out.... looks like about 2 1/2 inches round and about 2 inches from bottom to top! The Roman Soldier is about 3/4 inch tall! I think it's pewter by the grayish coloring
and it's somewhat heavy! All educated or uneducated guesses appreciated!
