Interesting find. The overall shape and radial arrangement of 'tubular' features suggests that it's probably a tabulate coral or possibly a coralline sponge fossil.

The internal structure you're showing is not at all consistent with it being bone.
 

I'm not a bone expert, and I'm not here to counter anyone's opinions. But I have dug up old bones and the structure of the 'spongy bone' under the articular cartilage does bear a resemblance to this find.

I see why you think “bone”, but the pattern doesn’t seem correct for ossified material.
I lean toward the sponge direction.
