Ratled.....Are you referring to this: ""All – some very promising news: Today, the U.S. Supreme Court specifically requested a response from DEQ (Oregon Department of Environmental Quality), after meeting in conference about the case. (Last month, DEQ actually waived its right to file a response to the petition, but the Supreme Court has now ordered DEQ to respond.) This follows the Court’s conference yesterday about our case."

"A handful of the groups have filed an amicus curiae in the OR case. This was publicly released today. I'll attach a copy of the amicus (if I can remember how) in case you are interested"
