Anyone know of any treasure stories or battles that took place close to Perryopolis? I lived there all my life and about 1 yr ago got in to MDing.
I am close with a couple guys from the historical society. I used my detector to find the pipes the use to plant charges for reenactments. Thet told me to go ahead and MD wherever. They even gave me keys to the grist mill. Supposedly George Washington had the Grist mill built. I found a hand hammered copper womens hair clip. I posted pics on here and someone IDed it for me. Really just lookin to see if anyone has any stories about this area?
