First, only part of the property is now State owned and that part is leased to the PA National Guard. I wouldn't want to tangle with them. The entire property is posted and clearly marked .
The other part is privately owned and you will get caught and FINED heavily when you do get caught! The current owner has invested a lot of money into security and believe me it works! How do I know? I work for him. I've heard of people treasure hunting and MD'ing here but all you'll likely find is bits and pieces from the institution....and maybe a few needles from syringes
