got a penny dime signal, found a dime at 5 inches with my mxt, this was next to it, plastic jug shaped with dirt inside and the no 11 on the bottom

How big is it? What is it made of? Dirt inside it? (it came out of the ground) Which end is the 'top'? Otherwise, I'm guessing that it's a nosecone from a large #11 rocket.
