Found this recipe in the local paper. Looks very simple & easy to make. I am copying word to word what was listed.
18 oz peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients. Drop 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degress for 8-10 minutes. Cool on sheet about 3 minutes (or eat them warm). Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
These are my favorite chewy peanut butter cookies! The recipe came off the back of a Deep South (Winn-Dixie brand) jar of peanut butter. Amazing cookies made with No flour!!
I have not made these yet, but they do sound good. I know everyone does not have a Winn-Dixie Supermarket to use the Deep South brand, I'm sure these cookies can be made with Jif, Peter Pan or your store brand.
