PATRIOT Act Author is Selectively “Disturbed” by Abuses #N3

(NNN) – Wisconsin Republican Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner, who introduced the USA PATRIOT Act in October 2001, has sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder describing the NSA’s surveillance of cell phone communications as “disturbing” and “not consistent with the requirements of the Patriot Act.”
