✅ SOLVED Part of an old stirrup?

I found this on an east coast USA beach close to where I found a civil war era stirrup. This looks different in design so I'm not sure what it is. I believe though it's bronze or brass. It's not magnetic and it weighs 27.9 grams. It appears to have a design running around the outside of the outer side of it and a hump near the middle of the inner side.
