Park find / unknown

Hey T-netters another good find at my favorite park, maybe someone can tell me what the metal ring things are. I;m assuming it's more livestock tack or similar. Found other type stuff before where you all told me what it was and dated that stuff around late 1800's. Appreciate the help on what it is and date range again.

looks to be a bit for a horse bridal, for riding a horse. age is your gees current to 150 years

Thanks for the help, I know there is a lot more stuff there, I'll try to keep finding and posting, maybe I'll come across something older and better. Have found a Mercury dime and an old war hat medal badge, and lots of clad. So, good days ahead, happy dirtfishing to us all this year, Ken.
