packer..rewriting anything is a waste of time. the sneaky, spying, patriot ,government has ALL our numbers...social security, service number if applicable...everything is already known about US citizens...who is who.
all this nation has to do is organize the existing health care infrastructure into a humane and technologically possible unit.
and yes. I do believe everyone regardless of race, creed, color or religion who is a citizen of the united states of America deserves food, shelter, and decent health care...want more than GI issue...get a job...

also...for those who will no seream about THIER tax money...it is not your money...never was, everyone knows once you take a paid position in the US, taxes are due...it was never your money...it was always the money of the treasury department...
