Paelo or worn later point?

Yesterday, I found the point in the pics in a river site in middle Tenn. that has produced late Archaic to Woodland points. I sent the pic to TnMountains who I consider an authority on N.A. artifacts. A "Jeff' point was the closest I could find in Overstreet's book. I have found a few others like it in that site. TnMountains tells me there are real obstacles to identifying triangular points. If it is indeed a "Jeff" that would be a Paleo site but I doubt it. I'm open to comments and enjoy the video that I posted on Today's Finds. finally some plowed ground on the Cumberland river to hunt. HH, Quindy.

i still can not id them very good here in tn,but it does not look as well made as the older ones would of made them,but it looks like it was rode hard and put up wet.

I watched your video that was a very nice hunt for 4 hours and by the way that nice long stemmed point is definitely not a drill and was most likely used as a knife.. It also looks like it's been resharpened a couple times.. Looks allot like an Etley or Pickwick
I'm also curious about why you believe mostly women used axes and celts.. To me that would be like thinking mostly women used the power tools in my garage.
TN is right about the triangles and this particular one looks woodland at oldest to me

Thanks Guys. These resharpened points are the name of the game at sites that have been cropped for years. Kinda like finding buck'balls at hard hunted CW sites. Gatorboy, Steve made the comment about the women using celts. I took it that they were used a lot in preparing food goods. HH, Q.
