P.U. pin

I found this in a drawer full of old stuff, it's similar to some US armed forces pins, but I'm not sure of the purpose or history. Penny for scale.

You are in PA, so perhaps the P is for Pennsylvania? Maybe University of Pittsburgh? Just guessing from where you are located...

Sorry, I'm in NJ. I live in NJ, but I go to school in PA. But I'll look into it, maybe a Pennsylvania national guard thing.

I couldn't find any police union pin like it, but that does sound good. I think that it is probably US armed forces or supposed to look like it is, I've seen very similar pins that say ROTC and US.
