P.D. & CO. detroit michigan antirabic vaccine tag.....

I know it is a rabies tag but not sure how old....cant find anything on internet to help date it....it is a round tag with a circle of small dots all the way around the edge......has vaccinated against rabies and the number 13562 stamped on it.....little larger than a quarter...if anyone knows please tell me .........I am guessing about 1920-1930 but not sure.....

Parke Davis & Co. and their antirabic vaccine goes back to about 100 years ago (1914 or earlier).
When the tag began, I do not know.
