I went back to the park-like spot that I have been hunting, fourth day in a row.

I only hunted for a couple of hours, and dug some coins and other junk. Here is what came out of the pouch.

I dug all repeatable signals in the area that has been giving up silver. I had my doubts about scoring four days in a row, but when I saw this, I just smiled.

1945P war nickel. Right next to it was an Austrian coin that ought be silver, but those cheap Austrians used aluminum... it looked so good... Bazinga!

Now the good part, when this scratchy signal came out, you could just tell it was a charm and silver chain.

Turns out that it was two charms... an outhouse and some liquor!

I really like this find.

YTD silver coins: 55
YTD 925: 19

Thanks for looking and best of luck on your hunts.

Looks like you've had a great Thanksgiving season hunting. You always seem to pull the unique stuff. I never saw a charm bracelet like that. Was this a solo hunt? We will have to talk soon to coordinate some spring hunts we have coming up.

I went solo on Sunday. I was tired and could only manage a few hours of hunting. I really like the bracelet. The more I think about it, the more I believe it was a hillybilly themed bracelet. I've looked for a match, but can not find it. I really would like to know what other "off color" charms it might have held. Thx LD!

Interesting charm bracelet. Drinking and Crappin’.

Congratulations Tom on the very cool finds. The war nick is awesome and that outhouse charm is great. Best of luck!

That outhouse charm is awesome. (I wonder why I've never found one here in Hillbilly Country...We used an outhouse until I was 4 years old...lol)

i love those charms, so unique! You have a great hunting spot and a war nickel is a nice way to stretch that silver coin streak.
