Found another open stretch of water on the North Sakatchewan River, and after great difficulty, I got to the river's edge. The only trail was steep, with soft mud and slippery, so I attached a rope to a tree and had to repel up and down the slope. It took me over an hour to pack up my equipment, and I was pooped out! Below are a couple of pics from today's adventure and that beautiful NSR flour gold.
