Here is the other framed picture from the dumpster. Anybody know anything? It says Saljburger Stiegl-Bier I think in upper right red square and on can. What is this writing on the back?

The artist is: M. de Polli (Italian).

Note the same signature in the lower right of the referenced pic. The artist's work straddled the 19th-20th century.
