Been sort of MIA as of lately. The last of the Hurricane Michael repairs are going to be completed, 3 1/2 years after the storm. So we had to empty the house into storage pods. Had to relocate my gun collection, which is now been collected from that location and stored in our Expedition.

Why stored in the truck now....? We have at least 6 fires burning in the county currently, 5 of which threaten us, one of which is a stones throw from us.....

So everyone stay safe, and I'll stop by more often, and check the What Is It forum, when things slow down, and these fires are under control.

Shots last night of the fire that is 2-3 miles from us (The Star Ave Fire), 1,500 acre fire, and 35% contained. Hoping we get the rain they are forecasting for tomorrow.

YIKES!!!
Watch that wind direction and be ready to pull the plug.
Stay Safe
Prepped for bugging out if needed.

The two fires that threatened us the most, the Adkins Road and Star Ave fires are under better containment. Adkins Road Fire 50% contained, Star Ave Fire 60% contained.

Well we're presently getting rain, or should I say severe thunderstorms with tornado watches. One extreme to another, isn't Mother Nature fickle.

We had a micro burst of something go through across the road from us. Fences down, and saw debris flying around.

ETA: Its been confirmed, it was a tornado that hit.
