If you can not find it in Mitchiner you probably can not find it anywhere. An amazing book which is a must for the reference library of any serious numismatist, dealer or collector. I found a couple sets of these at an estate liquidation and they appear to be more recent print on demand issues which used to be available but are not available anymore and as such the books are very rare under any condition.
