One last Hunt at the Colonial Needle in a haystack......

Hiked back out to a Colonial cellar hole me and my buddy found after we got lost way,way out in the woods

This is a very early poor site that appears to have never even made it into the 1800's

Judging by the size of the cellar and the walled in areas it was a pretty big place..

Grabbed a pewter button
And the only chape i found at the whole site..

I guess what appears to be a Rev War era sword belt hanger...​

My first hanger ever..It must be military issue i dont think they just wore swords around the home
I could be wrong
And the usual flat buttons..
An iron spoon

Just about time to retire this site..

I am posting the total finds i grabbed a few nice thing and a relic with the name J Brooks so i call it the Brooks cellar..

What's with the Hibernia mine tokens? I work only a couple miles from the Hibernia Mine site, and am planning a trip there shortly
( or actually the site of the pre-revolution Hibernia furnace}.
