It’s been a really long winter here in VT and I like others have been itching to get out and try to find some thawed out ground. I went to one of my bigger permissions and found an area that I do not believe has been hit before and had an awesome morning. When I first started I dug a few buttons and other time period stuff so the hunt in the iron was on! The first coin that I pulled was a draped bust and then a half hour later I got two coin signals right next to each other I was going to live dig it but decided not to jinx it and wouldn’t you know the first coin to come out was a nova which was a first for me after calming down I dug the next plug and got a matron head and then a knee buckle right next to that.
First is the 1785 nova my first us 1700’s coin
