Hey all

Yes I am still around, I have not had much time to be on Tnet or to get out detecting. I have been out 4 times in the past 3 months ( yes its sad I know) Today being one of the 4 hunts. I went out to a site with Kenpa for a few hours, we were getting some relics, buttons and a few wheat's when my one and only solid coin signal turned out to be a huge surprise 1781 2 Real, yea baby old silver....on my way home home I was driving past one of our old sites that has been pounded and decided I just wasn't done swinging just yet..so off into the woods I went. after about 20 min. I pulled an 1861 Fatty Indian and now I could go home.. Below are some finds from all 4 hunts, Soon the weeds will die off and we will have better access to most of our wooded sites so I hope to get out more and spend more time on Tnet...I see lots of new faces on the site so welcome to all of you and I look forward to seeing all your great posts, I see some awesome stuff being pulled..

Thanks for looking TnT

Great early silver there! Nice IH too. I Wish Ken the best in his recovery. Can't wait to see your posts again here on Tnet.

Great stuff!! A 2-Reale and an 1860's Indian, plus all those great spoons and relics.

I put some erroneous info in a post last week. I learned from your thread that the 2-Reale was 'a quarter' of a Spanish Milled Dollar (8 Reales). I apologize for the disinformation.

NICE Finds!! I found the same spoon recently!

Yes it says New Jersey on the front side, any idea on what it was made for?

Mine is an Illinois. They are silver plated State commerative spoons, I think from the 1940's.

SWEETNESS ON THE OLD WILVER. A CARLOS THE III ,WHAT A DAY.
PACO.................
