Old Rifle found today

[fossis]

While searching a houseplace for the third time, I found
several 'Relics', stove lid, stove parts, harness buckles, several
metal objects, & an old 'Rifle'.
The place must have had two or three different houses, as there are older objects, up to 1950's coins, & truck parts.
Maybe someone can tell me the 'type' of the rifle, (or shotgun).

This is a pic of the 410 Snake Charmer shotgun. This one though, is stainless and a newer style

It is the frame of a Stevens Tip Up rifle or a copy there of,circa 1865-1895.

Thanks everyone, & good ID hasbeen, everything looks
identical, I just dont see any holes for the trigger guard, maybe
they rusted over.
