Old padlock, big copper thingy and lead stuff

Had a great day today! My best finds was a 1853 seated liberty quarter and a old padlock. Does anyone know the age of that lock?? Also, what is that huge copper thingy?? A plate?? If anyone knows what the other stuff I found that would be great! Thanks!

Could the big copper piece come from an old copper boiler (do a Google image search to see variety of styles) - is it tinned on the reverse?

Thank you! That would be neat if it is! I just looked and it's not tinned. Looks like there was a strip of iron around the edge bc of rust. It looks to be fairly shallow too. Don't know....
