Went to an old beach where I got a bunch of older gold rings in the water last year
Got in at low tide a few hours before sun set
not to long into the hunt - I pulled up a crusted silver quarter
after that finds were few and far between
just as the sun was setting and I had to start making my way out -
I got a buffalo nickel - I slowed down and worked around the area more
about 5 feet away I got a faint signal - after 2 scoops I was surprised to see
a gold ring in my scoop - 1946 class ring
it saved the day

Never mind, you're set for life! At least, when it comes to sinkers!

Sweet Golden ring there Casper :occasion14: How did you un-crust the silver coin?

I actually don't anymore - I used to use electrolysis
but even if it one of the rarest quarters in the world - it would just be worth silver after youre done with it
I just put them in a box
